• As a founding member of the industry panel for the National Grower Registry (NGR), helped establish a national system to identify Australian farmers.
• Developed GrainCorp Online, the first online grain trading and title transfer system in Australia, revolutionizing commodity trading in the country.
• At Rio Tinto Iron Ore, pioneered the establishment of design standards and rules for deploying ruggedized networks across iron ore export terminals in Western Australia and later at the Argyle Diamonds underground mine.
